For defective or damaged products, please report the issue to us within 7 days of receipt of your order. An email including an explanation of the issue and supporting photos detailing the damage or defect will be required to be sent to (email@example.com). If the product is determined to be defective, it will be at the sole discretion of the management to either grant store credit or replace the item in lieu of the defective product if the item is out of stock.
A full paid order may be cancelled for a full refund. However, for instalment payments, the first payment is non-refundable.
