It is with a very heavy heart that we share some deeply difficult news.
After exhausting every possible option to stabilize the business, Kinetiquettes will be formally declaring insolvency after 12 years in business. This is not an outcome we ever wanted to reach. Over the past months we worked tirelessly behind the scenes to find a way forward. We explored every possible avenue to salvage the company, including injecting our own personal funds into the business and negotiating extensively with our manufacturing partners in hopes of securing the delivery of the outstanding products. It pains us profoundly that we could not deliver when you trusted us. Your support and belief in what we were creating meant more to us than we can properly express.
Jonathan Ong and Saw Meng Tee from EisnerAmper PAC have been appointed as provisional liquidators to take over the company’s affairs and oversee the winding up of the business, including the handling of remaining assets and outstanding obligations. The appointed liquidators will assume control of all company matters and will communicate further regarding claims and the formal liquidation process. As this process is legally regulated, future updates and instructions will come directly through the liquidators.
